If we find no reason to perform a diagnostic review, then you are clear to engage. We can then choose the services that fit your companies needs. We'll provide you with upfront pricing. Once in agreement our journey together begins.
The diagnostic review is a paid service and the findings are yours to keep. If it's determined that you do need a diagnostic review then you'll most likely need a catch-up or cleanup.
After the discovery call and a quick review of your books. We'll be able to determine if a diagnostic review needs to be performed for a more in depth and detailed look into your books.
SERVICE DELIVERY OVERVIEW
Record
Business transactions are imported into QBO by connecting your business bank and credit card accounts. This increases efficiency. It's not recommended to import manually.
Categorize
We will categorize all bank and credit card transactions properly to their perspective accounts in the general ledger. This prevents under or overstating of income and expenses.
Reconcile
We will reconcile all bank and credit card accounts. This ensures accuracy and helps to prevent errors. We will also reconcile any relevant balance sheet accounts (may be additional pricing).
